The Death Curse - MAIN QUEST

Sindra Silvane hired you to find the source of the Death Curse afflicting her and others. She has offered you a large sum of gold and rare magic items as a reward. Oracles and medical experts have given her less than 3 months to live.   On the storm-tossed sea from Fort Beluarian, Abarl has a vision of a mishapen, vaguely humanoid creature peering through the storm clouds. As his patron screams in his mind - "NO NEW GODS" - its eyes flash yellow as a lightning strike blinds you - and then it is gone. The seas calm, and Abarl's mind quietens. Through the clearing rain, you see Port Nyanzaru once more...   With Al’s help, you meet Jessamine, a Merchant Prince at Port Nyanzaru who specialises in sanctions (ie legal assassinations within certain conditions), poisons, and herbs. She is afflicted by the curse, and requests your aid. She has furnished you with supplies and a magic item each, and expects daily updates via a sending stone in Rahlg’n’s possession.   Niles Breakbone, Commander of the Order of the Gauntlet stationed at Camp Vengeance has a lieutenant and valued friend afflicted by the Death Curse. Ord Firebeard is wasting away in the camp, and with Undril Silvertusk's intercession, Commander Breakbone allows you to move on to pursue the origin of the curse.   During the events of Shemshime's Bedtime Rhyme, you discover a book on soul transference in the arcane library near Camp Vengeance. It lists a few items of note:   1) Souls can be redirected on death and contained within objects. 2)
