Pirate Island
Pirate Island is an island completely free of World Government presence, however, it is only occupied by pirates, bandits, and outlaws. The whole island is a single city, also called Pirate Island. The city itself looks like a sprawled out city, that builds up to a large monument in the center of the island, like a screw. The monument is a large jolly roger, and is dedicated to Davy Jones.
The city is overseen by James Rasta, an outlaw who the Soaring Pirates freed from the Undercell. Because of this, he will treat the party with respect.
