Val'Ragnum
The Crown of the first King of The Kingdom of Kortarra, Falthir Kortis. Crafted out of the bones and scales of the Great Dragon Valadihr by the king's right-hand advisor Harim Goldbeard, this artifact is said to grant the king protection from even the most frigid of conditions, and even granting the king some mild control over the weather as well. Val'Ragnum was created to be a symbol of Falthir Kortis' rule over the people that he united and protected.
Significance
One of the two symbols of Kortarran Kingship, along with Val'Ensis. It is said whomever wields both relics holds the divine right to sit on the Kortarran Throne.
