The Herald of Flame

Frequency: Rare
Soriethra's Herald has the special gift of flame, able to manipulate fire. They can't create it, or dismiss it, only to direct it, and make it grow bigger for a time. Enlarging these flames is physically demanding and will eventually cause exhaustion, it can however be powered by consumption, of one knows how to channel the energy The herald of flame is also especially resistant to heat.

Herald of Sight

Frequency: Common
Deiwos' Herald has telepathic abilities and can sense people's conscience, and their fears. This powerful ability is hard to control, and without training, these thoughts come into the mind of the herald unasked and unwanted. It is widely known that hearing these voices can be a sign of the great power of Deiwos' herald, it could also be a sign of schizophrenia.

The Herald of Life

Frequency: Rare
Gaia's Herald has great healing potential. This ability comes from the control over living matter, being able to speed up its growth, and regeneration, allowing this herald to heal people. This same ability grants the ability te stop and even reverse the structural integrity of living cells, allowing the herald to end the lives of others, this is however much harder than healing, and each death takes a toll on the herald, as life isn't free, and all comes at a cost. Gaia's herald also has the ability to create life, a rare gift that requires a lot of knowledge, and practice.

The Herald of the Hunt

Frequency: Common
Aretmi's Herald as the power of honor. The more honorable they are, the stronger they grow. The more the herald embodies and represents, the greater their power. These powers are an increased sense of sight, hearing, and especially smell, being able to track man or beast with increasing skill and efficiency. On top of this, they gain the stamina and speed of an apex predator. This Herald's true magic isn't in casting spells, but in the ability to both pursue and flee, and especially to dodge and fight back, having killer instincts and lightning reflexes.

The Herald of War

Frequency: Common
Karoush's Herald has great psychic abilities, being able to compel people to follow him, his is the power to boost the courage and resolve of others, to push great hordes of men towards a singular goal, not with mind control, but by giving people a great feeling of accomplishment, a thrill, an excitement at the feeling of battle or problem resolvent, or anything else for that matter. He also has the ability to deny people this feeling, instead filling their heads with a great sense of dread, compelling them to flee, or give up. These powers work the best on the weak-minded, as stronger individuals are able to reject the heralds' influence.

The Herald of Death

Frequency: Rare
Moraia's Herald, like the goddess herself, has the ability to send the souls of the dead to the afterlife and to deny them this. However, this is not their only ability, as they also possess the powerful psychic ability to compel people to reveal their guilt, their greatest shame, the things they would need to repent for, as well as the ability to guide them in this process.

The Herald of Dreams

Frequency: Very Rare
Morpheus' Herald has the ability to invade people's dreams, to snoop around in them, just looking around their minds, their subconscious, or to alter these dreams, make them think or experience something else, something they specifically want. This Herald also has the ability to compel people to reveal their greatest dreams, their most precious desires, and to help or hinder them in achieving them.

The Herald of Water

Frequency: Rare
Tauqa's Herald has the ability to manipulate water, swirl it around, elevate it into the air, and anything else, as long there is water available. This Herald also has the ability to breath underwater and can swim really fast.

The Herald of Blood

Frequency: Rare
Ahnua's Herald has the ability to disguise themselves as any animal, to transform into them, see through their eyes, and stay as this animal for as long as they want. They aren't truly this animal, they are just the herald's mind inhabiting the skin of this animal, and they can return to their original shape at any time. Transforming isn't instant, and takes a few minutes.

The Herald of the Moon

Frequency: Very Rare
Nula's Herald is the ability to create powerful force fields, the bigger they are the more energy they require. These fields, while up, are quite invincible. They can be any shape or size, and they can even be formed into objects, their edges are sharp and will cut people, the flat sides are completely harmless though.

The Heralds

All heralds are unique, blessed with their own incredible power, bestowed onto them by their creator, the one whom they represent, the Velen, and each one of them is destined to die in battle, or be assassinated, or be maimed and killed in some other gruesome way, surely finding an agonizing death.

Or, They will rule the world.

The heralds may be anyone from anywhere, male or female, the only way to tell their legitimacy is by the signs, such as their powers. Sometimes it is obvious, other times, not so much.
