Lord Lumiprax Gancer
Overseer of Walmond.
Lord Gancer is charged by his cousin Artrin Chipigdon with maintaining the book keeping of Walmond's many store houses. Most of Walmond's populace is under the employ of the Watercrest Guild and it's many store houses. A large portion of transplants have set down roots in Walmond's large shanty town in hopes to set up small shops in the grand Bazaar and make a small profit with the various wares in hopes of selling to traveling merchants who make large orders to the other countries across the continent.
However despite the importance of Walmond and it's walls, the actual population only amounts to roughly 1,200 souls one of the smallest cities in the entire kingdom in terms of population. Despite all of this, there is little doubt in the minds of the Shoneshone civilians that Walmond could outlast any siege with it's strong walls and large swaths of resources stored in it's secure store houses. It is said that once the gates are closed only the Great Badger itself could breach the city's defenses.
