Witch of the Tellari Swamps

Antivan legends would suggest the existence of a woman who lives in the Tellari Swamps that lie close to Seleny, Antiva. Dozens, if not hundreds, of stories surround this strange person. Some call her a witch while others simply dub her the Beast, among other more profane titles.

Summary

This woman is a mysterious figure that features in several Antivan legends. She supposedly traveled from across Thedas to settle down in the Tellari Swamps.
According to the most commonly believed tale, Queen Madrigal made a deal with her after the witch had foretold the death of her son, Prince Eladio. When Eladio grew ill, Queen Madrigal rode into the woods to challenge the witch. The queen was eventually found with four swords piercing her back.
Other stories claim that this witch was seen during the Goliath's war upon Rivain. Supposedly she called a dragon upon a massive encampment of Goliath forces, annihilating all that opposed her.
