Bruselda Goldhelm
Bruselda Goldhelm is a terrible gossip - she couldn't keep a secret if her life depended on it. Every thought that pops into her head is voiced out loud. Regular patrons know not to spill any interesting information to this bartender. She is, perhaps surprisingly, good friends with Bena Mudchin, who listens to her babble without much input. Bruselda is a good source of information and will happily gossip about:
- anyone in the tavern - she’ll hesitate to speak about Bena Mudchin, claiming she “doesn’t know much about her, she keeps to herself so!” (DC 15 Persuasion to convince her to divulge information on Bena)
- the thieves’ guild that’s rumored to have found a way into the castle - reportedly they visit every night!
- recently missing citizens, which The Queen's New Army have been trying to keep under wraps - perhaps they’ve found a way out of the city?
- reports of strange doorways and portals appearing in back alleys and dark corners - “but everyone who’s seen such things is known to be a little… strange themselves, if you ask me.”
