Elhurth Strongfall (a.k.a. El)
Elhurth is a retired dwarf wizard who is rarely found without his rat companion, Tenderpaw, clinging to his shoulder. While most of his magic is tied up in maintaining The Dirty Rat Tavern, he can always spare a spell to patch up an adventurer or two. He may at first seem gruff and curt, but those who know him well know a man of infinite kindness and generosity. Should players befriend him, he is willing to provide cheap supplies for free and even loan money with little to no interest.
Elhurth opened his tavern seventy-five years ago while he was still adventuring. He is a man of few words, but his regulars have heard all the stories second-hand and will gladly regale you in his place. Now approaching 300, Elhurth is past his days of adventure, but can still easily put a stop to any rowdy behaviour in his tavern.
