Rotten Ella's Sitting Room

This private sitting room would be quaint were it not for the smell of mildew and the obvious signs of neglect. Faded wallpaper depicts a pattern of vultures, crows, and carrion birds pecking out the eyes and innards of various victims. A sagging couch is pushed against the north wall, facing two mismatched chairs in equal states of disrepair. A window above the couch is so dirty it barely lets in any light. The west, south, and east walls each bear a closed door.

Entries

A staircase in the north-east corner leads down to the library. There are windows on the northern wall and one door on each of the other walls. The west door leads to Rotten Ella's bedroom. The southern door leads to the attic. The east door leads outside to the balcony.
