Salzeph Brashka is a green dragonborn and a perfectionist who chafes at her unusual disability: she cannot use the breath weapon typical of her kin. Her office is impeccably neat and organized - even more so than one would expect of a military officer - with papers and pens at perfect right angles and differently-sized books pulled out and pushed back so their spines form a perfectly straight line down their shelves. She keeps a carpenter’s ruler and a level in her desk to ensure everything is positioned just-so, and snaps at anyone who dares disturb any of her careful arrangements. Despite her appearance as a model soldier, Salzeph is hiding a dark secret: she is a compulsive gambler who recently lost her house and, less recently, every penny she had to an illegal gambling den in the slums of Esset-Khal. This devastating and embarrasing loss has taught her nothing, and she desperately seeks more coin to feed her addiction.
