Undela Stonechin is a prima-donna to the extreme. Haughty and stand-offish, if Undela finds out the PCs are lowly adventurers, she sticks up her nose and refuses to speak to them further (except perhaps to deliver an insult or two). Even if she believes the PCs to be distant nobles or gentry, she talks down to them with back-handed compliments and constant references to their lower station and the inferiority of the country they hail from. If she catches them in a lie about their rank, she will loudly announce their deception to everyone she speaks to - though she is quite stupid and unlikely to notice even an obvious liar. Undela takes great offense if the party does not recognize her as a Duchess or address her properly, but subtle insults go right over her head.
