Fiend

A fiend is a general term describing outsiders who are incarnations of evil in its varying forms. Unlike creatures who are born evil or are predisposed to evil acts, fiends are evil taken form.
Fiends vary greatly from one another in almost any aspect: physical appearence, lawfulness, interests, methods of operation, reproduction, needs, power, powers, plane of origin, intelligence, anatomy, social structure, ideals, language, relations with other species, relations with other planes, and every other aspect other than being evil.

Death

Fiends, Cannot be killed in other planes, however, once killed they cannot return after 100 years (and sometimes less). They can only be killed in the lower planes.
