Definitions and Terminology
1. In this codex, and all terms of any official statute akin to the matters of this code will be interpreted by the relevant bodies in accordance with this code to maintain a coherent fabric of legislation.
2. Terms -
2.1 “The Radii” – as in the “The Act of Royal Term” (TART for short) act of 249.
2.2 “The Circle” – as in the TART act of 249.
2.3 “The Ten Corners” known as the “Decagon” – is the presiding body that was appointed by the Radii to oversee and to legislate the rules and clauses of the CCPR.
2.3.1 The decagon shall create an ad hoc policy for any specific nonregulated case.
2.4 “The Earthly Three” (Gardens, Groves, Growth) – as in the “Take good care” (TGC for short) act of 870, second addendum.
2.5 “The Council of Divine enhancement” known as “The CoDE” – as in the “The Divinities and Arcane coalition under the ruling diarchy” (DACUD for short), convention of 614.
2.5.1 also known by its two sub-councils, the sages council of the official clergy bodies of Peraserasia as in the “DACUD”. And the mages council of the official Arcane bodies of Peraserasia.
2.6 “Temples” in short, or “Temples of allowed faith” – as in the first protocol of the first inter-faith convention of 329.
2.6.1 Prohibited Practices and faiths buildings are to be directly regulated by the Decagon Ad hoc Policy as stated in subclause 2.3.1.
2.7 “Natural way of land” - as in the TGC act of 870.
2.8 “Regional Architect” – (RA for short) as in the “Architecture, Alteration and Analysis” (AAaA for short) act of 578.
2.8.1 The Region Architect is to be the head of the Regional Architect and is the sole proprietor of the title “5c”
2.8.1.1 The regional architect is to be barred from all meetings of the decagon except for opening ceremonial meeting at the start of each of the eight seats of year.
2.8.2 The head of the Mages of Radial Evaluations (MORE for short) is to be the sole Proprietor of the Major Seal of Panta (as in the “Signature traditions and magnificence of Panta Act” or STAMPA for short).

3. This codex is to be tailored and mended lengthily, to do so, once a change has been made, the codex would not be changed 3 years, even though deliberation towards changes in the codex may drawn throughout the 3 years of cooling off period.
4. All clauses are subjected to the will of the god king.
Planning, Registering and Building
Requirements of construction:
1. All construction plans are to be approved by the RA.
1.1 The RA body overseeing the approval or denial of requests would be comprised by five 4C, two chosen by BASA and three chosen by the circle.
1.2 In order for a construction to be Approved by the RA, a request of approval is to be submitted to the RA.
1.2.1 All requests regarding the approval of pending plans are to be submitted by a member of the circle or by a 2C or above.
1.2.1.1 A certified contractor also known as a 2C is a person who passed the union of builders, architects’ surveyors, and appraisers guilds exam to be a registered contractor (also known as The BASA union, or BASA for short).
1.2.1.2 Any 2C who passed the middle chambers exam and gained access to the triangular chambers can Sign and oversee building projects that are considered to be of grade a1, a2 ,a3 ,a4.
1.2.2 Any N Grade or F Grade constructions are to be approved by the RA Branch of Lesser Buildings (Or Blob for short), as stated by the Booklet of Architecture Regulation (or the Boar for short) and do not need be submitted by a 2C or higher.
1.2.3 Any approval request regarding a B grade or E Grade construction within the plan require the submitter to be a 3C or above.
1.2.3.1 A 3C is a 2C that Completed the two exams on architectural theory and magical enhancements theory, either written or practical.
1.2.3.1.1 Any circle member that studied at the Chambers of construction is eligible to take part in the two aforementioned exams.
1.2.4 A 4C or a colossal chambers certified contractor, who passed the fourth exam of the BASA union.
1.2.4.1 A 4C can supervise any construction, in any field, with or without the use of magic, in any scale.
2. All changes to the hall of the circle are to be conducted by three 4C chosen by the circle.
The Plans themselves:
1. A pending plan is a plan manuscript of the specification of changes, containing a written explanation of the change and also the full collection of needed documents, and a blueprint of the current state of development and the future development.
2. Non-conforming materials, and Extra-Therastrial materials are to be noted in the Extras and Sui Generis documents.
2.1 Any building to be made with such materials are to be considered their original grade in accordance with the boar marked * grade.
3. Any non-drafted magical enhancements are to be noted in the Extras and Sui Generis documents.
3.1 Any building to be made with such enhancements are to be their original grade in accordance with the boar marked ’‘ grade.
Registration and Appraisal:
1. Only members of the circle or Other established nobles are eligible of registration of construction and property.
1.1 subplots (As in the TGC) bestowed by or leased by Circle members are to be registered only for a specific amount of time as noted by the member of the circle that bestowed or leased the subplot.
Churches, religious constructions, and other divinities registration
1. All construction and planning regarding or in close proximity of a divine aligned building is to be addressed by the Decagon in accordance to the DaCUD.
