The Old Gods

These are the gods that the Marcisian's outlawed. They claimed that the old gods were not real deities. They were extra-planar beings alien to Theros, and the Marcisians explained that worshiping them was heretical. These gods, unlike the old gods are said to walk the world physically. Some rule over other planes. Some rule over regions of Theros, like Astreia, who rules Astreia's forest, or the Earth Mother who is worshiped by the dwarves. While the Marcisians and many followers of the New Gods do not believe the Old Gods to be real deities, their worship still exists.
