King Goran I "The Founder" of Akros
Goran was the first sole ruler of Akros.
His ascendancy spelled an end to "The Wars of The Three Kings", between the descendants of Pelonias (who refused to rule alongside a Diarch) and the succession of Diarchs selected by The Gerousia of Akros. See The History of Akros.
Ever since the time of Goran I, Akros has had a monarch. The succession of kings and queens is unclear now, but what is known is that there is an unbroken line of monarchs from Goran all the way to King Anax "God-Slayer", of Akros.
