Atheus
A large City on Paragon that is located on one of the lower layers about 40 degree from the south pole.
The sheer scale of the city is such that it exceeds the population of every known natural planet by almost an order of magnitude. Due to the immense scale of Paragon, it's average population density is approximately 1 person / 50m² but in some areas it can be significantly higher. Therefore, the city spans for several quadrillion square metres.
Almost every species of the Hyperion Federation can be found in the city. It includes nature reserves and zoos of environments mimicing many different homeworlds so it also includes most non-sentient species known to the hf.
Atheus is also technically an underwater city. It has expanded so much that it entirely surrounded a large planet sized ocean built near it, and eventually some aquatic species have inhabited the city. Therefore it was expanded with additional underwater districts to improve the morale of these people. Most beaches have been left intact but some were dug out to provide underwater real estate.
