Master War-Engineer

The highest rank of War-Engineer that can be obtained by anyone other than Tarlox.
The only way to become a master is with the First War-Engineer's approval. The main thing he sees is the passion that is put into the masters work.
Masters are expected to help train those of lower ranks, helping them to become skilled.  Although they are extremely skilled themselves, the federation only has, at the current time, 258. They are military commanders, so despite their large shortcomming in numbers, they still can easily have a significant impact on the wider federation. This is one of the highest respected positions one can hold in the entire federation.

Must have been an Ace War-Engineers beforehand
