Tasteinian
Ethnicity of Suons originating from Tebburus on the continent of Tastein.
Tasteinian suons usually have blue skin and blue bioluminescence. The Tastein nation would be the first nation to develop Replicators and become a post-scarcity society, but also would be the only victor in the Tebburus Unification War. As such, Tebburus was unified under their goals and this event led to the formation of the Hyperion Federation. Due to this legacy, the tasteinians have made intergalactic history which would give any other species a massive amount of prestige. For Suons, however, prestige is determined not by where they were born but by their own personal accomplisments in life. This has led many tasteinians to be incredibly humble. In addition, both Tarlox and Karzen are tastenian. This can sometimes reflect upon their entire ethnicity causing them to be even more prestigous. They also control Takanal, making them a bit more worldwide than other races.

Tasteinian suons in particular like to try to collect the light emitted by stars. They call this starlight. Various structures and contraptions have been built in attempt of this goal (of course, none have suceeded).
They did this because as the suon species originally thought that the stars were spirits of their ancestors, they thought that by capturing their soul, they could revive a person.
