Trajectory - Class Corvette
Small corvette starship of the Republic of Miasi.
As Miasi doctrine favors fast ships and rapid strikes, the Trajectory - Class specialises in speed. It is extremely fast even for a ship of its size and tech level, seeing the sheer size of its drives and the inertia neutralization field used in all Omadan military starships, effectively reducing the inertial mass of the ship significantly.
Due to its immense speed, it has earned the popular nickname of 'Flash', because that is all the target will see before it is hit by a volley of chaingun fire. These chainguns are designed to eliminate enemy shields before the main force arrives.
After draining the shield of an enemy, these will often retreat. Sometimes they might stay back to make sure the shields stay down.
