Introduction:
Galla is the capital city of the Kuddo region of the Orc Domain . It is a destination for many merchants seeking to sell their wares in northern Utican. Galla is also noted for its special relationships with the mercenary companies that call the city home. Many refer to Galla as a mercenary city, but whether that is a positive description depends on the speaker.History:
Galla was founded by the Orc Noble House Gallas, and is currently governed by Lord Vesk Gallas. Galla is the wealthiest city in the Orc Domain and House Gallas is the wealthiest of the Noble House. As a result the city is known for its fine inns, public baths, ornate fountains, and other public displays of art and wealth. Additionally, Galla is noted for its extremely tolerant religious views. In Galla people are permitted to worship any god, even evil gods, so long as their religious practices do not harm others or shock the conscience of those outside their faith. Because of its distance from the Celestial Mountain and the Archon's city of Architis, Galla has rarely become embroiled directly in the civil wars for control over the Orc Domain.
