Beginning in 693 HE (5139th year of recorded history) the Hellena Empire began its withdrawal from Utican. Over the next two years a majority of Hellenistic Forces traveled to the east coast of Utican and returned to Hartha in an effort to prevent further fragmentation of a dying Empire. While the Empire took most of their military might, wealth, and administrative aparatus, some remained behind. These factions either desired independence, vowed to hold Utican for the Empire, or were natives that had always called Utican home. Those who did not return to Hartha would go on to found the Orc Domain, Kumuldor, and New Hellena.
