Warden-Commander of the Dagmit
The Warden-Commander is the highest-ranking official in the Dagmit Marshwardens, the provincial guard force of Dagmit, a region within the Namorian Republic. This individual holds significant responsibility, overseeing the operational readiness, strategic planning, and daily functioning of the Marshwardens.
The position of Warden-Commander was established along with the formation of the Marshwardens in 205 RE, following Dagmit's incorporation into the Namorian Republic. The Warden-Commander is appointed by the Governor of Dagmit and typically serves until retirement, resignation, or replacement at the discretion of the Governor.
The Warden-Commander is responsible for maintaining the force's operational efficiency, discipline, and morale, ensuring that the Marshwardens are capable of fulfilling their duties. This includes overseeing training programs, devising strategic and tactical plans, and coordinating with the Namorian Army and Navy during times of war or crisis.
