The Swamp

The Swamp is a section of land in the Titan Region between Titan and Romulus. The Swamp is one of the most deadly locations in all of the Titan Region due to the creatures that live there, the wildlife that thrives in the area and the monsters that call the area home. There is no location in the Region of Titan that is more mysterious than the swamp. There are tales of powerful necromancy occurring deep in the swamp, hidden from the public eye. There are stories of people who have made camp in the swamp and have been attacked in their dreams by horrible creatures. There are eye witness testimonies of enormous monsters that swallow people whole waiting for someone to get off the path. Though the road is considered safe, it is advised by all that anyone traveling through the swamp stays on the road and does not stop for anything. Even though you heard an old friend call your name from somewhere in the swamp, remember that friend died long ago. The glow you see from the Eyebright flowers which you need to save your life may in fact be the Will-o-the-wisps luring you to your doom...

Geography

A swamp with stagnant water that smells of sulfur. The swamp is mucky and no one leaves the area without getting wet. The majority of the area is water whose depth is indiscernible.

Fauna & Flora

Large trees that form a high canopy. There are many small ferns and vines as well as trees that have rotten and fallen over. There is a flower that grows in this swamp that is called 'Eyebright.' It is a flower that earns its name from the glow it produces late in the night. It is said that this flower can be harvested into an ointment to treat Sight Rot, a horrible affliction to affects those who had swam in the swamps stagnant waters.
