Bosco Fisher

Bosco Fisher is a Kalrentai fisherman from Seowyn's Crossing. He plies the waters of the Silver Rush and frequently strays down into what’re generally considered to be Halfling waters. This often puts him into conflict with Clan Thistleshanks, who fish the northern areas of Dalenshire's rivers and bayous. There was a particular enmity between him and Tilly Thistleshanks, as the two are of an age, but Bosco hasn’t dared interfere with Clan Thistleshanks’ lands for some time.
