Cassandra Padwyn
Cassandra Padwyn was the daughter of the popular King Califax Padwyn. As Califax had no sons, Cassandra became Queen of Summerlund upon his passing in 778 SKR. After her marriage to Albar Thonwyr, she ruled for only a few years until her untimely death in 792 SKR. Her son, Albryn Thonwyr became the first Thonwyr king of Summerlund.
She is remembered primarily for her decision to fortify the city of Estwald with new walls, which were not completed until after her death. She also donated much of the land that became the Garden district to the betterment of the city, rather than keeping them as private, royal parks. In many ways, she is the architect of the modern look of Estwald.
