Cyclops

The cyclops are a race of Giants created by the Fomorians to serve them in their realm of the Feydark. No one is certain why they were created with only one eye each, but there are several theories. According to one popular theory, in order to prevent the cyclops from stealing the power of the Fomorian evil eye, the Fomorians created them with only a single eye each. Given that many cyclops possess an evil eye power, this seems unlikely. Another popular theory states that the Fomorians wanted their new servants to be even more deformed than they are. Whatever the truth, the cyclops venerate their creators almost as Gods.
