Deshbara

 Deshbara is one of the great cities of Bedourin and one of the great ports of eastern Keshwan. Situated shortly before the border with Minostal, Deshbara is a wealthy mercantile city, and its ruler, the Sultan Jamhedu al'Durreen, is believed to be fabulously wealthy. The city is known as the White City or the City of Golden Domes, and few ships pass by the glorious city without at least a brief stop.



Sultan Jamhedu is a fervent enemy of those who serve the Primordials, and he crushes their activities whenever they are found. He is a fervent devotee of Valena, and there is a huge Temple to The Twelve in his city.
