Hilde Icereaver

Hilde Icereaver is the current Jarl or ruler of the Human kingdom of Norhast. She has been Jarl for about five years and has already proved to be a fine tactician and a canny warrior. She is well known for her prowess with the glaive as well as for her speed and precision. Many considered her an unlikely candidate for the title of Jarl. She stayed to the outside of the battle, facing lesser opponents, until a few key fights had been settled. She then sprang on the victors of those key fights, one by one, laying them low, or making short-lived alliances to keep her in the game. When all was said and done, Hilde was the last warrior standing, and she claimed the spear and wolf cloak that signify Norhast’s leader.
Those who dismiss her for being a warrior who favors intelligence, speed, and personal charisma over prowess as a warrior quickly learn how formidable she can be. She has led numerous defenses against raiding corsairs and has made a few border raids of her own against the folk of Gristamere. This unpredictable player in the Seven Kingdoms is likely to keep things interesting for some time.
