Kevalyar Shorespeaker

Kevalyar Shorespeaker is a Vedalken Bard who dwells in the city of Nethalarus. He is among the more emotional and mercurial of the Vedalken, in as much as he is slightly less emotional and mercurial than the average person. He is one of the few Vedalken that leaves Nethalarus, usually to trade in Kalernios.
