Nethalarus

  Nethalarus is the arcology of the Vedalken people. Long ago, it was a city of Falwyth that was destroyed in the terrible cataclysm called The Rending. When the Vedalken, having been changed into their new forms by the Sea Tyrant, delved underwater, they found the drowned city and made it their own, using magic to restore air to sections of it and to create artificial lights to remind them of the sun, moon, and stars. It is a beautiful, if haunted seeming city. Windows and doors are sealed away to keep air inside, and, without Vedalken Druids renewing the air, it would surely perish.
