Lhiuri

Lhiuri is the patron goddess of the Dhoven people. She is depicted as being part of the sea...more a consciousness that moves through the oceans than any kind of anthropomorphized deity. They love Lhiuri with all their hearts, and worship of her is incredibly prevalent among their culture. They believe that she molded them from the waves of the ocean, placing in them the power to shape water and to dwell and hunt in it with ease.
In their myths, Lhiuri is constantly at battle with the foul Demon Dagon. Dagon crept into the depths of the ocean from the Abyss, and Lhiuri constantly strives against the foul invader. Their battles bring the worst of storms, and the Dhoven often perform rituals during these storms intended to declare their allegiance to Lhiuri and strengthen her in the combat.
