Sea Tyrant

The Sea Tyrant is a mysterious figure associated with the Seas of Tol. He is described by his Scion as being neither a Primordial nor a Gods. He could be some form of Demonic or Diabolic entity, or one of the Primal Spirits, but this is unknown. He is related to prophecy, and he requires a mortal vessel (his Scion) to bring his prophecies to the land-dwelling peoples of the world. He is well-known and given veneration by the Merfolk, the Tritons, and the Vedalken.
