Philomena

Philomena is a Halfling of about 8 years of age. She's one of the children that the Witchlight Court and the Getaway Gang rescued from Skabatha Nightshade's toy factory in Loomlurch. She's very sweet and sensitive, and she particularly loves the little pig called Oink.
