Prismeer Overview

Prismeer is a domain of the Feywild that was created by the Arch-Fey Zybilna. She has ruled it for ages, but she was recently deposed and imprisoned in time by her adopted sisters, the Hags of the Hourglass Coven. As a result, the kingdom has been divided into three realms, Hither, Thither, and Yon, each ruled by one of the Hags. Even though Zybilna is gone, the three most important rules she put in place still hold a great deal of sway: the Rule of Hospitality, the Rule of Ownership, and the Rule of Reciprocity. The Coven is known to play a little fast and loose with these, particularly with the Rule of Ownership, as they feel that, as rulers, everything in their realms belongs to them.
