Soggy Court

The Soggy Court is a group of Bullywugs who inhabit the town of Downfall in the Feywild domain of Hither. After the disappearance of the Arch-Fey, they moved into the area around the cottage of the Hag Bavlorna Blightstraw. However, the influence of Zybilna affected them, causing them to take on noble and courtly manners.
Each member of the Court, no matter how lowly, takes on a title, with all members of the Court following a king. The current king of the Soggy Court is Gullop XIX. Unfortunately, the bullywugs have no compunction about rising through backstabbing, conspiracy, and even murder. Most would agree, however, that this is still better than the alternative nature of bullywugs.
