Gullop XIX

Gullop XIX is the current king of the Soggy Court, residing in the Sinking Palace in the town of Downfall in the Feywild domain of Hither. Like his many predecessors, he has no compunction about using violence and subterfuge to solve his problems. As an example, he gained his crown by boiling his predecessor, Molubb XVI, in oil. Also like those kings who went before, he maintains good relations with the Hag Bavlorna Blightstraw, who lives in a cottage in the center of Downfall, above the waters of the swamp.
By chance, Bavlorna's Big Book of Bad Blood fell into his posession. Once he realized what it was (and after making sure his name wasn't in it), he wanted to get rid of it immediately. Luckily, the Witchlight Court happened by, and he was able to entust it to them to have them take it back to Bavlorna in his name.
The only thing Gullop might love more than himself is Snoodle, his pet crocodile. He dresses Snoodle in ridiculous frippery, much as all of the Soggy Court dresses, and feeds Snoodle sweetmeats.
