Sorcerer

There are many paths to power in the arcane traditions. Some study for years, such as Artificers and Wizards, while other make a pact with one or more entities, such as Warlocks. In some cases, however, the arcane energies are a naturally occurring talent. Power comes to them from an ancient Draconic bloodline, the energies of the storm, or raw wild magic itself. These individuals are called Sorcerers.

Sorcerers find themselves in possession of powers that they never expected. There’s no special training required, and, indeed, far more sorcerers gain their powers spontaneously than need to train themselves as all. There’s no instruction manual for the wild, cosmic powers they find themselves with. These powers can be a blessing or a curse, but they definitely set the sorcerer apart from the society that he was born to.

Because of the way sorcerers appear spontaneously, they can appear among any race or people. When their powers manifest, they often explode forth, causing damage to objects, buildings, or people around them. Many take up the role of an adventurer, simply because their old lives are closed to them.
