Tashtara Padathawai (tash-TAH-ruh puh-DATH-uh-why)

Tashtara Padathawai is the Grand Master of West Winds of the Order of the Iron Palm. She is a Half-Elf of Tishad descent. She is a prickly sort of person, but she is fiercely loyal to Grand Master of Flowers Safrai Tashtab Naipathri, and very much given to challenging anyone she considers potentially unworthy of his attentions. Her mask is a mostly blank white stylized cat mask with red marks, and her long white hair is often moving in unseen breezes.
