Tilina o’ th’ Star is the Halfling Goddess of luck and mysterious happenings. She is one of The Laughing Six. She is usually depicted as a slender, dark-haired, mature halfling woman, dressed in gray robes, with a staff holding a lantern that glows with a pale light.
