Vaskoth Almati

Vaskoth Almati was the Captain of the Guard in Shadowed Mahakazor. He is a Shadar-kai Fighter who swore into the service of Skyalokanara and Umbrazhalanoth some time ago. He rose in ranks over centuries and led the forces of the city in the name of the “Dragon Lords”. After the death of the dragons, however, he and his troops were ultimately forced to leave before the city returned to Tol.
