Vlaakith

Vlaakith is a Lich, an Undead Wizard queen who rules the Githyanki. She is an extremely paranoid individual, and she rules her people with an iron fist, driving them to acts of raiding and savagery in the name of wiping out any and all hints of Illithid life. She rules from from the floating capital of Tu'narath in the Astral Sea.
