Voolp

Voolp is a Bullywug of the Soggy Court. He supports Duke Illig of Muckstump in his efforts to overthrow King Gullop XIX, along with his co-conspirators, Glorig, Grundelkrantz, and Gullibek. As the youngest member of the group, he's the group's scapegoat, often getting blamed for anything that goes wrong, even if it had nothing to do with him.
