Witchlight Monarch

The title of Witchlight Monarch is bestowed each night to someone at the Witchlight Carnival who goes out of their way to make the mood of the Carnival festive, playful, and enjoyable for all. In the various mortal worlds, the title is merely an honorific with no lasting consequence. Within the Feywild Overview, however, the title is of much greater import. Not only does the title confer a charm that allows the bearer to fly, but, at least within the domain of Prismeer, the inhabitants recognize the title as if the person who bears it is actual royalty. This can be a double-edged sword, as the Satyr Dawn is likely to find out.
