Witchlight Watch

The Witchlight Watch is one of two magical devices needed for running the Witchlight Carnival. It remains in the possession of Mr. Witch, one of the Carnival's proprietors. It bears the image of a henge of stones and a small light. As time passes, the light moves, allowing one to judge the time. It also allows the Carnival to be packed up and broken down in moments, allowing the Carnival to travel as fast as it does through the many worlds it visits.
