Mr. Witch

Mr. Witch is one of the two managers of the Witchlight Carnival. He is a Shadar-kai, just as his partner, Mr. Light is, but the two seem much more inclined to operate the Carnival in a way that brings joy to as many people as they can. He is thickly built, often preferring heavy clothing and an elegant tall hat. He adds splashes of color where he can, such as wearing bright flowers, or mixing rich vibrant reds, blues, or golds in with the normal tans and browns of his clothing. He always carries his greatest treasure, the Witchlight Watch, a golden, enchanted pocketwatch that allows him to set-up and pack up the Carnival magically.
He is the more businesslike of the two partners, with a deep, sonorous voice and a penchant for handling the money matters. He can come across as dour, or even grim, but the Carnival delights him in a way nothing else does, and he is fiercely protective of it.
