The Fey found in Tolaris are known to engage in almost constant song, for some mysterious purpose whom Nobody knows. Some say the feelings behind their eternal sonata have been since before the dawn of time. Whatever its purpose, their performances bring about great, unpredictable changes unto the world and only those with a true sense of love may ever hope to grasp and understand this beautiful power.

Song is not the only way to participate in the Fey's mystical performance. The Skilled Casting drawback is intentionally mutable for this tradition. You can replace Perform (Song) with any Perform skill, and exchange Verbal Casting with one level of Somatic Casting if appropriate. If you pick a Perform skill that has major Vocal and Somatic components, take both Verbal Casting and Somatic Casting and add the "+1 spell point, +1 per 6 levels in casting classes" Boon.
