Valia Abalhan is one of the leader of the Elven Rebels along with her half brother Vari Abalhan.

History

Early life

Born in a modest family, Valia always had a gift and a special affinity for magic, but she was raised in a poor family in one of the many villages dotting the Elven Forest, and never had the chance to explore her gift in her childhood.
Her father died from the faith cough as she was still young, and with their family in debt, her mother left the house in a quest to bring their family wealth, leaving Valia alone.   When many would have fallen into despair, Valia took this opportunity to become someone better, listening to the lesson of the elder, she quickly caught the basics of elven high magic. As a prodigy of high magic, she started to grow a reputation, and numerous people started to follow the charismatic elven woman. Believing in the people, and witnessing the lack of care of the kingdom for said people, she joined the rebellion.   Joining, alongside her many followers the rebellion, she quickly became an important member of said rebellion, imposing her ideas onto the movement. Soon, her mother finally came back after all those years, but with her, was a kid, Valia's new half-brother.   The young fiery boy was full of anger toward this kingdom, toward the greed of mortals, but despite this, they shared similar ideas, and quickly, he joined Valia within the Elven Rebels, and became the second leader.

New members

Evandor Siannodel, one of the rebels, praised a group of adventurers who spared him when they caught him in an act of thievery. The adventurers met Valia and Vari, who extended an offer to join them. Accepting the offer would release them from their contract with the guards but brand them as wanted criminals. The decision is wrested from their hands when a clash erupts between the Soldiers of the Qwir and the elven rebels.   The adventurers, witnessing the curelty of the soldiers of the qwir align themselves with the rebels and escape. Presumed dead in the conflict, the six adventurers find refuge with the rebels. Although they evade being wanted criminals, the rebels suffer significant losses and task the adventurers with a critical mission. They are to seek the assistance of the Sister of the Vale, dryads who may provide refuge for the elves in their protected forest: the Wood of the Vale.   Valia hear news of the adventurers success shortly after and the main force of the elven rebels joins the adventurers in the Wood of the Vale, establishing a camp in the ruins that they begin to clean and transform into a suitable home. To valia's surprise, the large portal discovered by the adventurers within the ruins turns out to be an invaluable gift for the rebels—an ancient portal to the Feywild. If repaired, this portal could provide a means for transporting large numbers of troops.

Feywild

Valia, with her brother Vari devise a plan to repurpose the portal. Rather than linking it to the Feywild, they aim to connect it to other planes, drawing power from these planes to support their rebellion. However, repairing the portal is already a daunting task, and altering its destination seems impossible to Valia at the moment. Once again, the adventurers are called upon for assistance. Their new mission is to journey to the Feywild, seeking the counsel of the Archfey of the Summer Court. These powerful beings are likely to possess the knowledge of the secrets behind these portals and how to manipulate them.   Valia organize the reconstruction of the ruins with Raskan Viledron while the adventurers are gone, tunring the ruins into a bustling headquarter. The place is now equiped with dedicated areas for work, sleep, and meals. Valia also managed to secure and save many old books in the ruined library, a treasure trove for the half elf.   Meanwhile, the operation led by Ethan Bluefeather and Trillium was successful, and the Archdruid of the Circle of Wildfire, Fandral Staghelm is now back among the rebels.   Valia and Vari share their plans with fandral, and reveal to him the failed corruption of the phoenix, which will be the adventurers next task if they manage to come back from the feywild. Vari and Fandral do not trust the adventurers to carry out such important mission, but Valia vouch for them, as they are useful pawn, and their actions so far have greatly improved the rebels' life.

Fire and wood

The adventurers come back from the feywild with information about the portal, and Valia start to work on the portal, realizing quickly it will take weeks for the necessary preparations, and the large Phoenix cannot be brought without the redirected portal.   The adventurers are finally sent to the Elemental Plane of Fire, and Valia, alongside Fandral and Vari prepare the assault of Tana's Empire's empire once the phoenix's power is within their grasp. However, the adventurers, missing Nep return sooner than expected, and confront the trio of leaders about the corruption of the phoenix, as they unveiled the truth.   The adventures refuse to side with the rebels, leading to a confrontation. Evandor, Lea Brownwood and Trillium side with the adventurers.   Valia rushes to the portal, holding her ground to defend the position and focusing on Marilith and Faust von Verurteilung.   As the battle takes a turn for the worse, Valia, in a desperate act, attacks the portal, triggering a magical explosion that teleports everyone in its vicinity across worlds and planes.

The roots of all problems

Because of Valia's action, a rift between the elemental plane of fire and the material plane was created. Tana's empire army swiftly mobilized, gathering soldiers from the Kingdom of Vale, the Duchy of Freed, and the Kingdom of Qwir. The united forces marched towards the Wood of the Vale, as magicians pinpointed the source of the problem in that location.   However, Valia, Vari, Fandral and many other rebels where teleported away by the incident, and gathered back in the Elven Forest. As soldiers from all over the empire gathered around the wood of the vale, Valia saw an opportunity to overtake Manael Soliadon Tana and seize the Kingdom -o Qwir.   The rebels have launched an attack on Megima with the intent to seize the throne and control over the Kingdom -o Qwir.   The elves, supported by the rebels, initiated an assault on the city, burning it in their attempt to breach the castle. Queen Manael refused to open the doors of her castle, but Valia conacted made sure Ida Emean aep Sivney heard of the situation outside of the castle's wall, ensuring the court wizard would open the castle's door, letting the rebels inside as the city succumbs to flames.   Valia, alongside Vari and Fandral reach the throne room, in which they confront the queen for her actions, both as the queen of elves, but also as the previous empress of the this oppressing empire. Queen manael attempt to persuade tem she only seek the good of elves but Vari drive refuse to hear word from the queen and drive his flaming sword through her as the adventurers reach the throne room.   The room erupts into chaos as a fierce battle ensues between the six heroes and the rebel leaders. Valia employs her spells to sow confusion among the adventurers. Finally managing to wound Marilith who is killed shortly after by Fandral, Valia eventually dies like the other leaders by the hands of the adventurers.
