Madame Freona’s Tea Kettle
In the tumultuous Phlan, this is a place where people can go to have a drink or meal and escape the tensions of the schemers and the power-hungry. With the Tea Kettle’s reputation as a haven, adventures
who can be discreet and behave themselves can often find employment there. Madame Freona, a stout and officious halfling who runs the establishment with her five daughters, has proven an excellent hostess.

Purpose / Function
Inn located at the northern entrance of town. For gnomes, haflings, dwarves, tieflings and other races that were looked with some scepticism in other parts of Phlan, it was a welcoming refuge. In addition to lodgings, it provided delicious moderately priced food and drink. The menu was often highlighted with traditional dishes from Lurien, the halfling hoemland.
