Erasmus van Richten is the deceased son of Rudolph van Richten. He came into contact with Fenler Karalius in the Wachterhaus claiming that Vasili von Holtz was alive and has captured Lady Fiona Wachter at his house. He also happened to mention that Zachriel should be dead.

Personal history
On the age of 17, Erasmus was taken away by travellers from the land of Barovia, where he eventually died. Only those that have read Rudolph van Richten's diary knows about the way he died (see secrets under this page). His disappearance into the land of Barovia drove Rudolph van Richten to follow him and staying there.
