Bone of the Cabal

This wand originates from the Glowing Scribe's personal affects and is one of the lost Remnants of Sundering. It grows larger and more engraved as its powers are awakened, and when used to cast magic the spiral pattern engraved in it glows.

Mechanics & Inner Workings

Dormant State: Increases spell accuracy and damage. This wand has 6 charges and regains some charges daily at dawn. The wielder can use charges to cast spells, using their own spellcasting ability.   Awakened State: Further increases spell accuracy and damage. Staff's charges increase to 10, and it regains more charges at dawn. The type of spells that can be cast using it increases.   Empowered State: Even further increases spell accuracy and damage. Staff's charges increases to 16, and it regains even more charges at dawn. Even more spells can be cast using it. Furthermore, at a short rest, an element can be chosen. When a spell attack that causes this damage fails, the wand works to save the spell and it has a chance to still hit.

Manufacturing process

It is unknown how, exactly, the Glowing Scribe turned his severed finger into a wand, or what caused the change in appearance as the item is used and awakened.

Raw materials & Components
As the name suggests, this wand is made from bone. The finger-bone of a god, to be exact, whose finger was severed in the beginning of the First Sundering. There is some bronze filigree around the base that forms the handle and the engravings are blackened as if burnt into the bone.
